I’m honestly soooo proud of myself, I’ve gained confidence and a routine I love. 9 months postpartum and I’m finally out of my rut. I changed my thinking from 'I can't' to 'how can I'
My biggest take away from this whole challenge is EVERYTHING IS A CHOICE, and to change my thinking from ‘I can’t’ to ‘how can I’. Today I went for a run after a 2 week break after my first half marathon and was definitely swaying towards staying in bed after feeling so tired but I got out of bed and got it done because instead of thinking ‘I’m tired and feel drained I can’t do it’ I thought ‘it’s only 35 minutes I can quickly fit that in’ and I did it. Can’t wait to develop this mindset more and more next year.
